1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the JOB2NEXT platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), available at www.job2next.com.
JOB2NEXT is a digital platform connecting companies, candidates, headhunters, and referrers, designed to simplify and optimize the recruitment process.
By using the Platform, every user (hereinafter the “User”) fully accepts these Terms without reservation.
2. Definitions
- Candidate: Any natural person using JOB2NEXT to search for a job or submit an application.
- Company: Any legal or natural person using JOB2NEXT to publish job offers and recruit talent.
- Headhunter / Recruitment Agency: A recruitment professional using JOB2NEXT to submit candidate profiles.
- Referrer: A user who recommends a candidate and may receive a financial reward if the recommendation results in a successful hire.
- User Account: A personal account created upon registration on the Platform, granting access to services.
3. Services Provided
3.1 For Candidates
- Browse and apply for published job offers.
- Create a profile and upload a CV.
- Track the status of submitted applications.
3.2 For Companies
- Publish and manage job postings.
- Search and access candidate profiles.
- Communicate with candidates and manage applications directly on the Platform.
3.3 For Headhunters and Referrers
- Submit candidates to companies.
- Monitor the progress of applications.
- Receive compensation when a recommendation leads to a successful hire.
4. Registration and Account Creation
- Registration is free but mandatory to access advanced features.
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- JOB2NEXT reserves the right to suspend or delete any account containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
5. User Obligations
5.1 Candidate Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information in their CV and profile.
- Refrain from posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Avoid applying abusively or repeatedly to irrelevant job offers.
5.2 Company Obligations
- Publish job postings in compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Respect equal opportunity and non-discrimination principles.
- Use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes.
6. Responsibilities
- JOB2NEXT acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee successful recruitment nor the quality of candidate profiles.
- Each User is solely responsible for the information they provide and for any commitments made through the Platform.
- JOB2NEXT shall not be held liable for misuse of the Platform, false information, or disputes arising between Users.
7. Data Protection
- JOB2NEXT complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
- Data collected is used exclusively for recruitment purposes and to improve the Platform’s services.
- Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: [contact@job2next.com].
8. Intellectual Property
- All content available on the Platform (logos, texts, graphics, software) is the exclusive property of JOB2NEXT.
- Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. Suspension and Termination
- JOB2NEXT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of non-compliance with these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
- Users may delete their accounts at any time through their personal space.
10. Amendments to the Terms
- JOB2NEXT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of updates through announcements on the Platform.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of JOB2NEXT’s registered office.
These Terms are governed by French law (or Tunisian law, depending on JOB2NEXT’s registered office).
