Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for our technological services.
- Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensure their satisfaction, and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations with clients, prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
- Strategic Monitoring: Perform competitive and technological monitoring to identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and tailored service offering that meets clients’ needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze results, and propose corrective actions to achieve set objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development in the IT sector.
- Language Skills: Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages will be an appreciated asset.
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of AWS Cloud Solutions, Shopify migration, data protection and backup solutions, AI and its applications (private cloud, chatbots, analytics, marketing), network security, and threat detection.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, listening ability, and capacity to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and propose innovative solutions.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
