As a highly skilled and motivated professional, I possess a Master of Science in Global Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource from Rennes School of Business, France, which I am currently pursuing. In addition, I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems Management from Madras University, India. My educational background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of Human Resource Management, including the practice of recruiting, hiring, deploying, and managing an organization’s employees.

I have gained practical experience working as a Human Resource Coordinator , at A & A Dukaan Financial Services Private Limited, where I was responsible for managing recruiting, benefits, and payroll, executing employee benefit programs including medical, and updating personal records in the HRMS portal. I also managed the interviewing, screening, and referral of qualified applicants, scheduled interviews and follow-ups, as well as onboarding procedures for new hires. As a Trainee at Fabsys Technologies Private Limited, I honed my skills in C Program, C++ Program, and PHP.

Furthermore, I have completed a Certificate Course in Human Resource Management and have worked on a final year project, « Online Cab Booking System » using PHP, with a special focus on cab booking for girls. I have also held the position of College Vice-President, where I provided leadership, management, and strategic planning for a broad range of academic programming, coordinated cultural fests, and programs.
