Production Worker – Plastic Injection Manufacturing in Poland

As a Production Worker, you will support the manufacturing process.

Additionally, you will operate production equipment, assemble plastic components, and inspect quality.

You will ensure production standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production line machines at individual workstations
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficient operation
  • Perform quality inspections on manufactured plastic parts
  • Sort, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Assemble plastic components according to production specifications
  • Use basic computer functions to support production activities
  • Complete basic production documentation accurately
  • Report machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  • Follow all Health & Safety (BHP) regulations and company procedures
  • Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality targets

Requirements

  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work standing throughout the shift
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or plastic injection molding
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures
  • Experience working in an industrial or factory environment

Working Hours

Three-shift rotation system:

  • Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00

8-hour shifts with a 15-minute paid break. Shift rotation follows the production schedule.

Contract Duration

Long-term, stable employment with an official employment contract.

Language Requirements

Basic communication skills required; English or Polish helpful but not mandatory. Full training provided.
