JOB2NEXT is urgently hiring 50 Plastic Manufacturing Machine Operators on behalf of a well-established international partner in Slovakia. This is a direct recruitment drive with immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities
Operating plastic injection moulding and extrusion machines under supervision
Monitoring machine performance and reporting any deviations
Performing quality checks on finished products according to set standards
Handling raw materials and moving finished goods using safe manual handling techniques
Keeping the production area clean, organised and compliant with health & safety rules
Working effectively as part of a shift team and communicating with supervisors
What We’re Looking For
Languages: Basic English or Russian (A1–A2 level sufficient)
Physical fitness: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting light/medium loads
Hand skills: Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Attitude: Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to a 3-shift rotating schedule
Age: Up to 50 years old
Experience: None required – complete training given. Previous factory work is a plus.
Work eligibility: Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Slovakia
Working Hours
7.5 working hours per day
Rotating three-shift system:
Morning
Afternoon
Night
Accommodation, Transport & Support

Daily transport: Free company shuttle bus between accommodation and work (20–25 minutes each way).
Airport pickup: Someone will meet you on arrival and take you directly to your accommodation.
