- Prospecting and developing a client portfolio within your region, focusing on countries like France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, and Algeria.
- Advising clients on business challenges and providing customized solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Managing the end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring seamless delivery and value creation.
- Representing JOB2NEXT professionally in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Profile of Business Developer :
We are seeking individuals who have:
- Proven experience in consulting or business development, with a track record of driving business success.
- An established professional network in one of the countries mentioned above.
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to manage your own projects effectively.
- Fluency in French and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
- A passion for innovative talent acquisition and recruitment solutions that help organizations succeed.
- Strong business development skills, including:
- Collaboration with diverse, international teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
